When I first started my recording career years ago, one of the original titles was "I AM". During that period of time I was studying with Astara School of Mysteries as it was called in the '80s. One sentence that I recorded on that album remains with me to this day. I often repeat it to myself, especially during times of trial in order to remind myself of one's inner divinity. "You are Individual God Sparks, and Cells of my Own Being". The wisdom in this article curated below reinforces those early spiritual truths gained throughout many years of study.
