"Spirituality in business may mean a wide range of important perspectives; some would say that it is simply embodying their personal values of honesty, integrity, and good quality work. Others would say it is treating their co-workers and employees in a responsible, caring way. For others, it's participating in spiritual study groups or using prayer, meditation, or intuitive guidance at work. And for some, it is making their business socially responsible in how it impacts the environment, serves the community or helps create a better world. "

"I think the smallest definition of God-Spiritualism-Religion is the one which inculcate good elements and remove bad elements in human being. I am sure all the successful spritual guru's(except the fraud guru) try to do the same things in one way or the other. Their purpose is always the same but capacity is different. Purpose of all human being who want to be REALLY successful in life are also the same-inculcate the good (hardworking, positive, self-controlled, honest...) and eliminate the bad (lazyness, negetive, dishonest..). For example Lord Krishna is the one who have all good things in unlimited amount. So its simple that anybody who is going to think and pray Him going to imbibe the good from Him and automatically the bad things will be eliminated thus he/she will be successful."
Spiritualism in corporate world. Oh, how I wish these principles were implemented more often in our world.
