The headline for this blog may be found found in one word: LOVE. It is the energy that drives all of us to find complement with another of like heart and mind and to find that “sweet spot” in our lives.
Today, I was tested on how to forgive insult and belittling and found myself pondering what I learned about integrity through being the recipient of deliberate hurt. I wondered how this test upon my ability to “practice what I preach”, unconditional love, would unfold.  During that time of reflection, I was invited to become a friend on Facebook to a really brilliant young man with whom I am having a fascinating dialog on Love and Christ Consciousness, a topic that never grows old.
What does that reverent term mean to me, for example? First of all, I feel heartened, grateful for the strength that comes from listening to what my Soul is telling me.  When I truly connect, emotions arise and tears flow to cleanse away the past and move on.
Staying true to myself was my journey today, remaining mindful of the golden alchemy of Integrity.  Think of it as your own personal, ongoing "fountain of light". Integrity is one of those “keywords” treasured for life. Finding it in others is what we all hope for; celebrate when we do.  It is a special language recognized soul to soul.
Another quality of the Christ Consciousness is Gratitude.  The heart pounding blast of energy exchange in “Divine Conjunctio” or Union with the Divine. That mind blowing moment when you receive and acknowledge spiritual intervention in your life.  You bow your head, wipe tears from your eyes, feel your heart lighten up, as you send up a big ole “thank you so much, I am grateful” cosmic thumbs up! for your blessing.
Miracles do happen. Heartfelt prayers in any language work best. God is listening. Pay attention to the cues and open to receive.
Forgiveness. Essential as both antidote to pain, and as a healer.   One of the most rewarding, yet challenging, qualities of all.  Grace.  Whether it is part of your religion, or that of another, these three principles explored here serve to guide one toward wholeness.  A catalyst for loving oneself and others.
Powerful energies that cross cultures, religions, beliefs.
Keywords for the Soul: Integrity, Gratitude, Forgiveness.
